Grand Reward — calculation, funding, claim and release terms

Grand Reward policy notice. This section establishes the approved CODAC Grand Reward calculation, funding, claim, release, security, and recordkeeping rules. A displayed Grand Reward target, progress percentage, calculation, or claim balance does not by itself mean that an amount is funded or available to claim. A Grand Reward becomes claimable only when the applicable eligibility, funding, identity, Claim Destination Wallet, security, tax, sanctions, compliance, and release requirements have been satisfied and the applicable amount is available to claim.

Version 1.0 · Official CODAC Portal Grand Reward Terms & Conditions

1. USDT-denominated Grand Reward value

A Grand Reward stated as 18,888 USDT, 28,888 USDT or another Leadership/Cycle amount is a USDT-denominated reference value. It is not a promise that the entire reward will be paid in USDT. Subject to actual funded availability and these rules, the Final Net Claimable Reward may be settled in USDT, CODAC, or a combination of both.

2. Calculation order and internal allocations

The approved calculation order is: Gross Grand Reward → less CODAC Internal Allocations → Net Reward Before Government Tax → less legally applicable government withholding, if any → Final Net Claimable Reward.

The CODAC Internal Allocation is eight percent (8%) of the Gross Grand Reward and consists of eight separate one-percent (1%) allocations: Blockchain Maintenance & Automated Ecosystem Loop; Tax Compliance Reserve; Management Portal; Founder Royalty; Portal Treasury; Portal Reserve; Rewards Net Pool; and CODAC-COIN Foundation.

The Tax Compliance Reserve is an internal CODAC allocation and is not government withholding tax. Any government tax that CODAC is legally required to withhold or remit must be calculated, recorded and disclosed separately under the applicable country tax configuration.

3. Approved Grand Reward funding sources

RW-002 — CODAC Grand Rewards Fund Wallet is the primary approved CODAC funding source for Grand Rewards. Under the approved Tokenomics baseline, RW-002 receives twenty-five percent (25%) of the Dynamic Ecosystem Transaction Fee.

The separate fifteen percent (15%) Merchant Collector Grand Reward Allocation is an approved backup USDT funding source. Source accounting must remain separate and auditable. No unrelated Treasury, Foundation, Founder, reserve, management or other wallet may be automatically used for a Grand Reward shortage unless a separate approved rule expressly authorizes that source.

4. USDT and CODAC settlement target

Subject to actual funded availability, CODAC may target settlement of up to fifty percent (50%) of the Final Net Claimable Reward in USDT. The remaining funded value is settled in CODAC. The 50% USDT portion is a target, not a guaranteed percentage.

5. System-funded CODAC market acquisition

A CODAC purchase made with approved Grand Reward backup USDT is a GRAND_REWARD_FUNDING transaction. The applicable CODAC buy Dynamic Transaction Fee and actual market execution apply. The CODAC amount credited to the member's Claim Schedule for that purchase is the actual net CODAC acquired after the applicable fee and actual execution effects.

This system-funded purchase is not a trade made or funded by the awardee and therefore creates no Trading Task credit, no Trading Points, and no qualifying buy or sell activity for the awardee. The system must retain the funding source, gross USDT used, applicable Dynamic Transaction Fee, execution information, transaction hash and actual net CODAC acquired.

6. CODAC valuation and Claim Schedule assignment

Where existing CODAC from RW-002 is assigned to a Grand Reward, the CODAC quantity must be determined using an approved auditable CODAC/USDT reference-price mechanism. The applicable pricing point and source must be configured and recorded for the claim. The price source, timestamp, calculated CODAC quantity, and other required audit data must be retained.

Once the funded CODAC quantity is assigned to an established Claim Schedule, later market-price changes do not recalculate that scheduled CODAC quantity. For a system-funded market purchase, the actual net CODAC acquired from the confirmed transaction becomes the scheduled quantity for that purchased portion.

7. USDT claim

A funded USDT Claim Balance may become available for member-initiated claim after the required eligibility, identity, security, Claim Destination Wallet, tax, sanctions and compliance checks are completed and no applicable hold is in effect. The funded USDT portion is not subject to the CODAC 8% daily release limit. No USDT is automatically transferred merely because a member becomes eligible or a balance is displayed.

8. CODAC 8% daily non-cumulative release limit

CODAC assigned to a Grand Reward Claim Schedule is subject to a maximum daily release equal to eight percent (8%) of the original CODAC amount assigned to that Claim Schedule. The daily maximum is based on the original scheduled amount, not the declining remaining balance.

9. Claim Destination Wallet and no Portal deposits

The Claim Destination Wallet is a supported self-custody blockchain address controlled by the member. CODAC must never request the member's seed phrase, private key or wallet password. Wallet ownership and destination confirmation may require a signed ownership message and additional security controls.

“USDT Claim Balance” and “CODAC Claim Balance” are claim-accounting labels and must not be represented as general customer deposit accounts. Unsolicited external blockchain transfers to a member-controlled address do not become CODAC Portal deposits, Grand Reward funding or Trading Task activity.

10. Claim readiness and security

When a Grand Reward is otherwise eligible for claim, the Portal may keep the claim control pending until the member completes the applicable readiness steps, including material-notice acknowledgment, claim-safety orientation, reasonable update-verification, an official service-notification method, identity and eligibility verification, security controls, tax and sanctions checks, and Claim Destination Wallet verification where required.

The Portal must identify any incomplete step and provide a reasonable correction or review path. A temporary Funding Pending, Security Review, Identity Review or Compliance Hold does not by itself constitute automatic forfeiture of an otherwise valid entitlement.

11. Official external channels

Following, subscribing, liking, commenting, sharing, enabling notifications, or joining a CODAC third-party social-media channel may be encouraged but remains voluntary. Such external-platform actions do not independently determine ownership, vesting, eligibility or the right to claim a Grand Reward and must not be used as consideration for a financial benefit.

12. Taxes, country requirements and disclosure

Government withholding, if legally applicable, must remain separate from CODAC's internal allocations and must use the applicable country-specific legal and tax configuration. Grand Reward claim availability remains subject to applicable legal, regulatory, tax, sanctions, identity-verification, technical, security, and compliance requirements for the member and applicable jurisdiction.

Before a member confirms an eligible claim, the Portal must display the material calculation and funding information applicable to that claim, including the Gross Grand Reward, CODAC Internal Allocations, applicable government withholding, Final Net Claimable Reward, funded USDT amount, scheduled CODAC amount, relevant reference-price information, daily CODAC maximum, pending funding if any, and Claim Destination Wallet.

13. Member authorization and records

Grand Reward claim and release is member-initiated and not automatic. The system must preserve a unique Claim ID, terms version and acceptance record, funding-source records, price and market-purchase records where applicable, security and approval records, blockchain transaction hashes, daily-cap records, amounts claimed and remaining, and other audit data required by the approved security, accounting and compliance rules.
